The new year represents an opportunity for a fresh start and renewed commitment in all aspects of life – including personal health. As the calendar flips to January 2024, many will set ambitious fitness goals or pledge to eat better. However, the cycle seems inevitable - what begins full of motivation often dwindles by mid-February as real life sets back in. Rather than a rushed reboot, I suggest gradual and intentional steps towards improved health and wellbeing over 2024.
